SVQ 2 is the minimum required level for Care Assistant. In addition, you must have previous experience as a carer and be in possession of a reliable car. Driving licence is a must.
We expect sound knowledge of the Health and Social Care Standards and the SSSC Codes of Practice, and a professional attitude is a requirement.
